| Biography |
Well as you can see, my name is Shaun Noble Vetovich. I come from a long line of "Noble"-men. My father is Samuel Noble Vetovich, his father is Noble Samuel Vetovich, and his father before that was Samuel Noble Vetovich. It is definitely one tradition that I plan on honoring because it not only means a lot to me but also to my father and grandfather. Before I continue, let me explain to you what this web site is truly for. This is not only a professional portfolio of my education and work experiences and such, this is also a portfolio of my life. So while this will be used for professional purposes there will also be a relaxed feeling all throughout this site. I would rather people know and hire me for who I really am than put on a false front just to obtain a possible job. I was born at the Geisinger Hospital in Danville, PA on November 29, 1986, which makes me 22-years-old. I was raised in the nearby town of Shamokin, PA. My parents are Sam and Kathy Vetovich and I am the oldest of two. My sister's name is KristaLyn Vetovich. I attended school at Shamokin Are Elementary School before moving up to Shamokin Are Jr./Sr. High School. All throughout high school I was actively involved in both the school band and athletics. In band I played the baritone and was a member of the marching band, concert band, orchestra, jazz band, and a brass ensemble. Athletics wise, I was a key defender on Shamokin's varsity soccer team as well as member of a number of relays on the varsity track/field team. I graduated from Shamokin Area in June of 2005 and began attending Keystone College in the following fall semester of 2005. While attending Keystone, I am studying for my BS in Information Technology. My musical career ended with high school, however I did continue playing sports into my freshmen year at Keystone. At Keystone I participated in both soccer and track/field. Half of my sophomore year took place down in Florida where I participated in the Walt Disney World College Program. I graduated the College Program in January of 2007, after beginning in June of 2006, before I returned to Keystone for the spring semester. I plan on graduating Keystone after the spring semester of 2009 with my BS in Information Technology. After I graduate, I have no idea what my plans are. As of right now my life is an open book and I'm not making any permanent plans for the future. Everytime I do try to make plans something always comes up that throws a wrench in everything, so for right now I'm just living my life as it comes and I'll see where it takes me. Some possible options are staying around the Scranton area for now if I get a decent job, moving to FL, or joining the Peace Corps. |
