Every summer while in high school I worked at a local baseball complex. I took care of the fields by mowing the grass, raking the infield, cleaning up trash, and taking care of the areas surrounding the three fields. Usually working mornings and during the week it was most often me working by myself. This turned out to pretty peaceful and allowed me to get everything done that I needed to get done and in my own way. This doesn't mean that I don't work well with others, it simply means that I work well when I'm on my own as well as in groups.
