I attended Shamokin Area Jr./Sr. High School (from here on out Shamokin Area) from my 7th grade year up to my senior year, which would have been 2000 to 2005. During high school I was very active in sports and in the high school band. I was a key member of the high school varsity track/field team as well as a captain of the varsity soccer team. I earned several varsity letters for my participation in these sports. In band I played the baritone and was a member of the marching band, concert band, orchestra, jazz band, as well as a brass ensemble. I was also involved in a number of clubs including the Varsity Club, Key Club, and Computer Club. Throughout my high school career I was a member of the National Honor Society along with taking many college prep. classes. I graduated from Shamokin Area on June 7th, 2005.
